Yes — while Tenreply is in beta the entire platform is free. No credit card and no trial countdown. Future plans and pricing have not been announced; we will provide advance notice before anything changes.
Are there any conversation limits?
Tenreply has no platform charge during beta. Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform charges are separate and follow Meta’s current country, category, and message rules. Check Meta’s official pricing documentation for the latest rates.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes — Tenreply connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). If you do not have one yet, we guide you through the required steps. Timing depends on your Meta business, phone number, permissions, and any review Meta requires.
Will it stay free?
Tenreply is free for the duration of the beta. Future plan pricing has not been announced. We will provide advance notice by email and in the product before anything changes, and no card is required during beta. Meta’s own WhatsApp charges remain separate.
