Is there a free trial?

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore every feature before committing.

How does annual billing work?

Switch any plan to annual billing and you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — that is 2 months free. You are billed once per year and can still upgrade or downgrade at renewal.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window opened by an inbound message from a customer. Outbound template messages that receive a reply within 24 hours count as one conversation.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

Yes — Tenreply connects to the official WhatsApp Business API. If you do not have one yet, we guide you through the Meta approval process step by step. It typically takes 1–3 business days.

Are WhatsApp conversation charges included?

Meta charges separately for conversations beyond the free tier (1,000 free service conversations per month per business). These charges go directly to Meta — they are not part of the Tenreply subscription.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

On Starter and Growth plans, conversations are capped at the plan limit. We notify you when you approach the limit and you can upgrade or purchase top-ups. Business plans have no limit.
